We thoroughly enjoyed our stay to the point that we are considering a second home in the area! Positive: Loved the quaintness and atmosphere of the home. The artwork is a specially added touch. The towels! Going to buy them asap! It’s nicely secluded yet only a few miles from eateries in town. Negative: It’s best to drive an SUV or truck as the road leading to the bungalow is unpaved.

Last weekend of summer Positive: For the price of nearby hotels with a mini-fridge and maybe a breakfast option, we got a cozy private house with a fully furnished kitchen in which to cook meals and reheat leftovers from local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood on top of a mountain. Within 20min drive of everything we needed (friends' cabin, Harpers Ferry, Purcellville). Negative: I was unaware of the state of the road leading to the cabin; 4WD would help, but I was able to negotiate my Camry down Oak Ln and up Red Maple Ln. The pillows were a little large/firm for us.

It was cute bungalow with all of the amenities that brought comfort to my stay. I really don’t have any complaints! Just Positive: It looks exactly like the pictures. It was comfortable and I loved the cell phone charging blocks that were plugged in because I forgot mine at home! Perfect touch I didn’t know I needed. Negative: Oh the gravel paved roads were tough. You definitely need a truck or at least be prepared for a rocky road to the house.
